CMA Heavy Haul, Inc. is a specialty transportation company, with a fleet of various specification trucks. Operating from three locations, Brighton, West Branch and Riverview, to better serve the Southeastern Michigan area.

CMA has a fleet of thirteen lowboys and a rollback. This allows us to purchase fuel, insurance and tires at fleet or volume discounts. These advantages allow us to operate at a controlled overhead cost.

CMA owns and operates 3-60 ton 8 axle detach lowboys, 4-50 ton hydraulic dovetails, 5-50 ton 6 axle detach lowboys and a 28’ rollback. Included in the fleet are 53’ flatbeds with side kits, single drop flatbed and double drop stretch. Also included are 3 triple axle semi tractors.

CMA drivers are trained in safe loading procedures and will explain the operation of a machine to the customer to the best of their knowledge. Drivers are supplied with a Nextel phone. These phones enable them to have immediate contact with dispatch for any questions that may arise. They also have phone capabilities in order to contact customers directly. This helps to insure the highest level of service possible.

We are certified by the Department of Transportation to haul for hire and maintain cargo insurance as some private haulers may not be certified or insured.

During Michigan frost law periods, CMA has the ability to run three 8 axle lowboy rig combinations. This allows us to run certain weight configurations on class “A” roads during this period.
